Originally founded in the 1960s the Worcester Repertory Company has played host to some of the finest names in theatre. Award winning directors such as John Doyle, David Wood OBE and John Hole have all had residencies with the Rep. and many prestigious actors have carved out their careers on the Swan Theatre’s stage. Now staging productions all over UK and internationally the Worcester Repertory Company has been given a new lease of life with a refurbished main house and studio theatre whilst producing everything from pantomime and Shakespeare to new work and theatre-in-education tours.

Since the founding of the Worcester Repertory Company in 1967-1968 the Artistic Director has also fulfilled the role of director of the Swan Theatre, Worcester.
